Paradise Ranch Inn - Ecstatic Tent

0/10 Avoid this place. Trust the reviews, we didn’t. Positive: Absolutely NOTHING Negative: EVERYTHING. This place is way overpriced and honestly nothing like the beautiful “glamping” experience shown in the pictures. In reality, it felt more like an overpriced, poorly maintained campground. Our tent got unbearably hot, and when we asked for help, there was basically no solution. We were pretty much told, “You chose this,” and to “go to the river.” In the middle of hot summer weather, that’s not only unacceptable, it can be dangerous. The kitchen was filthy and smelled awful, there were only two bathrooms for multiple tents, barely any lighting at night, and the outlet in our tent didn’t work properly. Luckily, we had power banks. But honestly, the worst part was the staff. They were hostile and dismissive when I asked for help, and I was harassed and mocked instead of being taken seriously. After reading other reviews describing guests being mocked when they raised legitimate concerns, it became clear that this isn’t an isolated experience it seems to be a pattern. For what they charge, the facilities and service are simply not worth it. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Trust the reviews. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Dirty, disrespectful & very unpleasant. Positive: Beautiful spot, decent kitchen Negative: Our room was dirty when we arrived. We found an open and clean tent & had trouble contacting the owner. After 1 hour we got it figured out & was given permission to switch tents for the night & told we could reevaluate in the morning. The owner then refused to give us a refund as we were leaving, openly mocked us for the hour struggle to find a clean tent, log onto internet and have access to the bathroom. Very unhappy & it was tremendously expensive to be treated with such disrespect.

Positive: The river. Negative: The dusty and uneven trail going to the tents and with added rugged, rocky trail going to the kitchen which was somewhat a little dangerous to navigate.
