Paradise Ranch Inn - Liberated Tent

Incredible escape to experience natural design and raw nature. Positive: This is one of the most special properties I have seen in California. I will be back as soon as I can. So incredibly thoughtful and designed down to the smallest consideration.

Secluded Paradise with a few Quirks. Positive: The South Fork Kaweah River inside the property is stunning, with plenty of photo-worthy spots to connect with nature. Negative: Paradise Ranch Inn is tucked deep in the mountains—about a 45-minute drive from the highway on a winding road. No cell signal, so download the welcome pack for Wi-Fi access—it’s your only way to stay in touch. Check-in is fully self-service not good for inexperience campers and summer heat made the tent uncomfortably warm (80s°F); portable AC would make a big difference. More “convenient camping” than true luxury camping. Be sure to prepare your own safety measures—you’re in a remote area with limited resources.
